Muscular Power- A combination of strength and speed. Used in perfecting maximum power will bowling.
Flexibilty - The range of movement of joints. Used to allow roation of wrist, putting spin on the ball.

Energy Systems used
The ATP - PC system is the system that is predominantly used throughout the activity.
This energy system is used because the activity requires a high intensity over a short period of time.
It is used through out the activity with all the movements combining and needing a large intensity and force, but used over a very short period of time. Bowling requires speed, accuracy and force.
We completed Ten Pin Bowling as a Class in groups of six people each team.
